About Escape The City
Escape is a global career change community for people who want to do work that matters to them. We believe work should make you feel alive every day - so we share exciting job opportunities and host events and programmes to kickstart change.
Ultimately, our aim is to help 1,000,000 people find work they love. Why? Because 1,000,000 people doing work they love will change the world…
Escape operates with two different teams, the job board which helps ambitious professionals find exciting jobs, and the School, where we help accelerate people’s career change and start up ideas through events, programmes and advice. This role will be a core part of the Escape School team.
About The Escape School
Four years ago, Escape the City launched the Escape School, with our core product being our Accelerators - in depth education programmes that help people transition towards meaningful work. Following their success, we are about to enter an exciting time of growth. We are looking for another pair of hands to help us bring Accelerators to more people both in London and beyond.
The School is a small team of doers who help accelerate transition, we care a lot about helping people to find work that matters and show them how to do it. We’ve run hundreds of events, 13 intakes of Accelerators, and have helped thousands of people to find work that matters to them.
We see the impact of the work that we do everyday, which gives us a great sense of fulfilment and purpose.

4. Alumni support. We care a lot about the impact we’re having and are always looking to improve our programmes, but most importantly want to get a really great understanding of what our alums are up to. c.1300 escapees have completed one of our programmes and we want to ensure they remain an active part of the Escape community and we continue to help and celebrate them. This role will be key to ensuring Escape and our alum are getting the most out of this community as possible.
