Careers at Debate Mate
Debate Mate Training is the corporate arm of Debate Mate, one of the UK’s best-known communication-skills organisations. We take what it takes to win a debate - thinking on your feet, structuring an argument, reading a room, persuading under pressure - and turn it into training that helps teams communicate, lead and influence with confidence. We work with everyone from global corporates to fast-growing startups, and we’re now building Deb, our first AI learning companion.
Debate Schools. Every training day powers something bigger. Through our schools work, we bring competitive debating to young people across the UK — building confidence, critical thinking and the ability to find their voice. When you market Debate Mate Training, you’re not just filling a pipeline; you’re funding that mission.
