The Circle

Escape's take on The Circle

The Circle is an inspiring NGO bringing together global feminists to champion the rights of vulnerable women and girls. Founded by Annie Lennox, the organisation thrives on creativity and deep connections to fuel change. Their mission is to end violence and break down economic barriers, giving a voice and opportunities to the most marginalized. Employees are part of a dynamic team pushing for equality, working creatively and independently, and building impactful partnerships. It's a far cry from corporate monotony - here, passion and purpose drive every decision.
